
She grew up on a small family farm in Mitchell, IN. She married her high school sweetheart Al (Menlo) Reynolds on November 6, 1949. She moved to Greensburg in 1968 after they purchased a GM car dealership.
Along with her husband she was very active in the United Methodist Church and was an active part of the Emmaus Community, serving on teams in Cincinnati and Greensburg. She belonged to Tri Kappa, PEO, and the Greensburg Country Club.
Nancy was an avid golfer, achieving two hole-in-ones. She enjoyed bridge, reading, cooking, gardening, painting, and knitting. But most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by one daughter, Debbie (Gary) Hersley and one son, Randy (Debbie) Reynolds of Greensburg; six grandchildren, Wesley (Jennifer) Hersley, Bailey (Ryan) Wernke, Lindsey Hersley, Erin (Travis) Cobb, Scott (Natalie) Reynolds, Lauran Reynolds; and 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Harriet (Larry) Busick of Carmel, CA, Judy Shaw of Mitchell, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Reynolds; her parents, Harry and Jeanette Dodd; one sister, Jean Plew; and one grandson, Nickolas Hersley.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. Following visitation, the funeral will be held at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Dawn Barnes-Israel officiating. Burial will follow in South Park Cemetery.
