(Batesville, IN) – Batesville is making a push to get the word out about Fourth of July festivities planned for Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4, as the community and country celebrates America 250.
The city has fliers that organizers are trying to get to as many places around town as possible to increase awareness.
If you, your organization, or someone you know, would be willing to pick up some fliers at the Memorial Building and pass them out, contact Angela Linville with the City of Batesville, or Work Based Learning intern Emma Miller.
They will also deliver the items to you.
Places where the information can be placed included at your church, business, and club or organization.
Organizers say you can also give them to your neighbors and post them in your favorite restaurant(s) and retails stores (with permission).
