(Batesville, IN) – Margaret Mary Health (MMH) has named Eric Busch as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
He will join the organization in this role on June 22, 2026.
The hospital says Busch brings extensive healthcare finance experience and a strong understanding of MMH and the surrounding communities.
He previously served as MMH’s Director of Business Services and most recently was INcompass Healthcare’s CFO.
In his new role, Busch will oversee MMH’s financial strategy and operations, supporting the organization’s continued growth and long-term planning.
His experience includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strengthening operational performance.

Busch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Busch is a lifelong Batesville resident.
