Batesville knocked off host Lawrenceburg 7-3 in varsity baseball Thursday afternoon.
Carson Meyer gave up two hits while striking out nine and walking four over five shutout innings to get the win.
Meyer, Ronan Post and Noah Weigel each drove in a run for the Bulldogs.
Post and Meyer each added an RBI.
Rylan Yeager and Eli Doll both collected a hit.

In the JV game, it was Lawrenceburg over Batesville in a slugfest, 14-9 at the Dawg Pound.
Eli Doll and Landon Grossman had two hits a piece to lead the Bulldogs at the plate.
