(Greensburg, IN) – Several residents were displaced for the night following a house fire on the 1200 block of North Carver Street in Greensburg late Monday night.
Fire Chief Nathan Stoermer says quick notification by the homeowner kept the fire contained to one room of the home.
He says fire and smoke were visible to responding units, who received the initial call around 10:33 p.m.
There were no injuries reported.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation by the Greensburg Fire Department.
