The Batesville 11U Travel Baseball team had an exciting weekend at the Hoosier Spring Classic tournament at the Plex.
After going 1-1 in Saturday’s doubleheader, the team focused on making a championship run on Sunday.
They secured a 16-8 victory in the first game to advance to the finals.
Following a team effort, they won the title game 10-5 to bring home the championship rings.
“Thank you to the amazing crowd of parents, family, and friends who came out to support the players. It was a fantastic weekend of baseball,” said the coaching staff.
The team will be off this weekend but will be in action throughout May and June.
