Batesville Middle School golf competed in the St. Mary’s Invite on Saturday at North Branch Golf Course.
BMS Team #1 recorded their lowest round of the season with a 196, earning a third-place finish after a tiebreaker.
The Bulldogs were led by Rowan Maple with a 45 and Rory Hunt, who shot a personal best 49.
Luke Raver and Jarod Zins each added rounds of 51 (a personal best for Raver), followed by Brody Strouse with a 55.
The highlight of the day came from Rory Hunt, who recorded an impressive hole-in-one on Bridge #4.
BMS Team #2 finished in seventh place with a team score of 239.
They were led by George Jelinek’s 53 and Olliver Strole’s 55.
Additional scores included Landon Jansing with a 60, Cora Koehne with a 65, and Jordan Erhart with a 66.
