South Ripley slid past Jac-Cen-Del 2-1 in varsity baseball on Friday.
With the win, the Raiders improve to 6-2 on the season.
Brogan Buchanan gave up four hits with one run, a walk and seven strikeouts over seven innings to get the win on the mound.
At the plate, Gabe Stone went 1 for 3 and scored a run; Shawn Riehle was 1 for 3 with an RBI, a triple and a run scored; Mason McNew was 1 for 1 with two walks and a stolen base, and Ethan Schmaltz went 1 for 3 with a double and an RBI.
South Ripley will welcome the Shawe Hilltoppers to Forest G. Waters Field on Monday evening.
