Amanda ‘Mandy’ Kay Collins, age 66 of Osgood, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The daughter of Harold (Barbara) Turner and Patricia (Smith) Newhart was born on December, 29, 1959 in Madison, Indiana.
The 1978 Jac Cen Del High School grad was a member of the Mud Pike Baptist Church and a lifelong member of the Osgood Historical Society. She was a licensed massage therapist and operated Mandy’s Massage.
Mandy enjoyed the outdoors. She loved going to visit all the state parks in Indiana, especially those with covered bridges nearby. She also liked to garden and can her produce. Doing her artwork was another favorite past time. Above all, she loved her children and the grandchildren were her world.
She is survived by her husband, Matt Collins; daughter, Tami Billman Gray; mom, Patricia Newhart; step-mom, Barbara Turner; grandchildren, Paul, Lilly, Cloe, Kime, Josh and Michael Jr.; plus many bonus daughters and her three brothers.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
