Batesville JV Baseball Downs Milan

Batesville topped Milan 15-5 in JV baseball on Wednesday.

Eli Doll drove in five runs on four hits to lead the Bulldogs, who scored 10 runs in the 5th inning on the way to the victory.

Batesville collected 10 hits in the game.

Carson Ellis led the Milan offense, going 1-for-3 with 2 RBIs.

Drew Nobbe started on the mound for BHS and surrendered two hits and three runs (one earned) over three and two-thirds innings, striking out seven and walking three.

Liam Johnson was the Indians’ starter and allowed five hits and five runs over four innings, striking out six and walking four.
