(Batesville, IN) – The community is invited to the 22nd annual Batesville National Day of Prayer observance on Thursday, May 7 from Noon to 1 p.m. at the Southeastern Indiana YMCA Outdoor Sports Complex.
This purpose of the event is to bring together residents, local leaders, and organizations in a spirit of unity, reflection, and hope.
Organizers say the National Day of Prayer is a time set aside to join in prayer for our community, state, and nation.
Pastor Joey Feldmann is President of the Batesville Area Ministerial Association (BAMA) and will lead this year’s program.
The event is free and open to the public – all are welcome to attend.
If there’s inclement weather, the gathering will move indoors to the YMCA conference room.
The Batesville National Day of Prayer is supported by community partners including the Batesville Area Ministerial Association, City of Batesville, Southeastern Indiana YMCA, and the Kiwanis, Lions and Rotary clubs of Batesville.
