(Greensburg, IN) – Shirley Rigby of Greensburg was found safe Tuesday evening, several hours after she became the subject of a Silver Alert.
Greensburg Police say Rigby, who has diagnosed dementia, was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on South Franklin Street.
Her family became concerned when she went missing, and the Silver Alert was issued.
The alert was canceled about three hours later when she was located.
“Thank you to the entire community for your assistance,” the Greensburg Police Department said in a statement.
