Rickie Kuehn Sr., age 70, of Connersville, Indiana died early Tuesday morning April 14, 2026 at Franciscan Health Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Born July 29, 1955 in Batesville, Indiana, he was one of twelve children born to the late Benjamin & Callie (Moore) Kuehn. On July 22, 1978 he and the former Connie Johnson were united in marriage, and she survives.
He was retired after over 35 years as a truck driver. In his leisure time he enjoyed woodworking, spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Besides Connie, his loving wife of 48 years, survivors include three children, Crystal Kuehn of Everton, Indiana, Christina (Anthony Kirk) Kuehn of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Rickie Jr. (Heaven) Kuehn of Metamora, Indiana; nine siblings, Linda Canada, Roberta Morris, Pamela Goodin, Becky Wilson, Kay Nolte, Rusty Kuehn, Jon Kuehn, Scott Kuehn, Mike Kuehn; nine grandchildren with one more on the way, six great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Barrett, a brother, Ronnie Kuehn, a granddaughter Sophia Kuehn, and a grandson, Jeremy Strunk.
In keeping with Rick’s wishes, there will be no public services.
