
(Brookville, IN) – Builders and brick enthusiasts are invited to The LEGO Expo when it returns to the Brookville Public Library on Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event will feature LEGO trivia, a scavenger hunt, an egg hunt, play space with tons of LEGO bricks, photo booth, and showing of LEGO movies, plus several LEGO kit giveaways.
Builders of any age and skill level are encouraged to submit boxed or custom builds to be displayed during the expo.
Only custom builds can be entered into the Creative Build Competition.
Attendees will be able to vote on their favorite builds for each age group (0-5 years, 6-12, 13-17, and 18+).
There will also be a show-and-tell category for builds using LEGO kits.
Trophies and prizes will be awarded at the end of the show.
Those who wish to be a part of the expo should drop their builds off at Brookville Library on April 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Builds should be picked up at the end of the show at 2 p.m. on April 18, or on April 20 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
A mini version of the LEGO Expo will be held at the Laurel Public Library on April 21 at 5 p.m. You can bring your favorite LEGO build to show, test your LEGO knowledge, and win prizes.
The event is free, and you don’t have to live in Franklin County to attend or participate.
