Jeanne Lynn Bailey, 66 of Butlerville

Jeanne Lynn Bailey, 66, of Butlerville, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at St. Vincent Carmel Hospital. She was born on December 13, 1959, in Seymour, Indiana, the daughter of Donald Edward, Sr. and Betty June (Crouch) Stark. She graduated from Jennings County High School in 1978 and was a member of the Assembly of God Church in North Vernon. She was employed at Muscatatuck as a Developmental Skills Technician. She enjoyed taking care of kids and her home, bird watching and her work. Jeanne married Mark Bailey on June 9, 1987, in Summer County, Tennessee and he survives. Other survivors include her daughter, Dawn Bailey of Hope and her son, Matthew Bailey, and his wife, Brittany of Zenas; her sister, Gladis Moody of North Vernon and her grandchildren, Maxwell Large, Freyja Bailey and A.J. Harlow. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donald Stark, Jr.  Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport has been entrusted with the arrangements.
