(Batesville, IN) – Batesville Tool & Die, Inc. (BTD) proudly announces that Gene Lambert, Vice President of Sales, has successfully completed his term as 2025 Chairman of the Board for the
Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), culminating at the organization’s premier Forming Our Future Leadership Conference in Tucson, Arizona.

During his tenure, Lambert played a pivotal role in advancing PMA’s mission to strengthen the metal forming industry through leadership development, collaboration, and innovation.

The annual leadership conference, held March 11–14, 2026, brought together industry executives and emerging leaders to address evolving manufacturing trends, workforce development, and long-term strategic growth.

“Serving as PMA Chairman has been an incredible opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and help shape the future of manufacturing,” said Lambert. “Our focus on leadership development and knowledge-sharing is critical to ensuring the long-term strength and resilience of our industry.”

Throughout his term, Lambert emphasized:

• Supporting workforce pipeline initiatives

His leadership also reinforced BTD’s commitment to workforce development partnerships, including its continued collaboration with Ivy Tech Community College and regional schools to build the next generation of skilled manufacturing professionals.
