(Versailles, IN) – The South Ripley School Board this week approved the final drawings and specs for construction of a new central office, along with advertising for competitive bids.
Superintendent Rob Moorhead says the building, HVAC system, plumbing and electrical will be included in one packet to a general contractor.
Other items such as septic and the parking lot will be bid separately.
“We’re shooting for Tuesday, April 14 at 1:00 for the sealed bid opening,” Moorhead added. “We are looking forward to getting this process started and we hope to get some very competitive bids.”
The school corporation’s new central office will be located on the Raider Drive campus, just off State Road 129.
