Carole A. Haas, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and dedicated professional, peacefully passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born on July 29, 1946 the daughter of Joseph Bolser and Flora Mary Ott Hollman, Carole was a cherished member of her community who touched the lives of many with her kindness and unwavering spirit.
Carole graduated from William Henry Harrison High School in 1964, a testament to her commitment to education and personal growth. She built a successful career as a secretary for Turner Construction where she was respected for her diligence and professionalism, contributing significantly to the company’s success over the years.
Carole leaves behind a loving family who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. She is survived by her devoted son, Mike (Sydneia) Haas, and her caring daughter, Kathie (Michael DiFabio) Haas. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Mathew Haas, Natasha Feldhaus, and Kellen Haas as well as her great-grandchildren, Graysen Haas and Madysen Haas, who brought immense joy to her life.
She is also survived by her sisters, Rita Schott and Lorraine Weisbrodt, who will remember her not only as a sibling but as a steadfast friend and confidante.
Carole was predeceased by her loving husband, Alvin Haas, whose memory she cherished throughout her life; her father, Joseph Bolser; and her mother, Flora Mary Ott Hollman.
As we reflect on the life of Carole A. Haas, we remember a remarkable woman whose warmth and love will eternally resonate in the hearts of those who knew her. Her contributions to her family and profession will be fondly remembered, and her gentle spirit will be greatly missed.
A mass of christian burial will be held for Carole on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 10:30 A.M., with Father Jim Wedig officiating, at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church, located at 7130 Harrison Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio 45247. A burial will follow at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Harrison, Ohio.
