(Franklin County, IN) – Franklin County residents are asked to contact Indiana 211 by calling 2-1-1 or 866-211-9966 to report flood damage caused by the severe storm that occurred on Thursday, March 5.

Residents may also visit the Indiana 211 website (https://in211.communityos.org) to submit a report.

The Indiana Department of Homeland Security (IDHS) says this helps them determine damage estimates and develop the next course of action in the disaster recovery process.

Currently, only Franklin County residents should use Indiana 211 for March 5 damage reporting.

Residents of other counties should contact their local emergency management agency.
