Batesville visits Shelbyville tonight in the boys basketball regular season finale for both teams. The Bulldogs and Golden Bears are both ranked 9th in Class 3A. The Indiana Pacers’ homestand continues tonight when they face the Charlotte Hornets.  WRBI coverage begins following high school basketball.

The Cincinnati Reds got past the Chicago White Sox 3-2 in Cactus League baseball yesterday in Glendale, Arizona. The Reds take on the San Diego Padres this afternoon. First pitch at Goodyear Ballpark is set for 3:05.

The NFL Scouting Combine is underway in downtown Indianapolis as the top collegiate athletes showcase their skills for coaches and front office personnel with each of the league’s 32 teams. It’s the 39th consecutive year that Indianapolis has hosted the event. The Combine is slated to stay in Indy through at least 2028.

In college basketball, a major Big Ten matchup takes  place tonight inside Mackey Arena when the #8 Purdue Boilermakers go up against 13th-ranked Michigan State. Both teams have identical records at 22-5 overall and 12-4 in the Big Ten. Purdue coach Matt Painter says the biggest thing the Spartans bring to the table is rebounding. The Boilermakers have won five of their last six games. Tipoff tonight is at 8:00.
