
(Greensburg, IN) – Greensburg firefighters battled flames on the roof of the BP gas station and convenience store at 227 West Main Street late Saturday morning.
Fire Chief Nathan Stoermer says a gas line broke and ignited the fire, which extended to the attic area.
Crews were able to bring the fire under control within an hour of the first dispatch at 11:12 a.m.
There were no injuries reported.
Also responding were the Letts Volunteer Fire Department and EMS and Decatur County EMS.
