Last night in boys basketball, Batesville nipped South Dearborn 68-67; Greensburg edged Rushville 49-43; it was East Central over Lawrenceburg 64-39; Milan hammered Rising Sun 79-49; South Decatur slipped past Morristown 55-50, and it was North Decatur 66, Waldron 37. South Ripley at Southwestern (Hanover) was postponed. A makeup date hasn’t been announced.

Cincinnati Bengals Ring of Honor members Ken Anderson and Willie Anderson, and former Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne have been denied induction in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2026. Former Colts placekicker Adam Viniatieri was elected to the Hall, along with former Purdue quarterback Drew Brees, Cincinnati native Luke Kuechly, Larry Fitzgerald and Roger Craig.
