Donald C. Miller, 71 years old of Milan, IN passed away on January 17, 2026. Son of the late Aaron and Edna (Rose) Miller, Donnie was born on December 2, 1954 in Cincinnati, OH. The family moved to a farm in New Alsace, IN where he helped work the farm until it was sold. Donnie retired from Anchor Glass Container in October 2015. He enjoyed hunting, trap shooting, playing cards, and his many cars.
Donnie will be deeply missed by Lisa, his wife of 35 years; siblings Sharon (Jim) Shackelford of Greenwood, IN, Ed (Debbie) Miller of Danville, IN, Marlene (Bob) Wing of Ross, OH, Jayne Emley of Lawrenceburg, IN, Mike (Sharon) Miller of Cincinnati, OH, and sister-in-law Roni Davis of Lewisville, TX; many nieces & nephews along and great nieces & nephews for whom he enjoyed giving hayrides and seeing their dreams come true for their families; and good friends Ro Streicher and Tony Ramey. He is preceded in death by his son, Adam; parents Aaron and Edna Rose; in-laws Gordon and Joyce Davis; sister-in-law Luanne Davis and brother-in-law Ed Emley.
Services for Donnie will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at St. Paul’s Campus of All Saints Parish. Visitation will begin at 10:00am and continue until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30. Burial in the church cemetery will immediately follow. For those unable to attend, Mass will be live streamed at https://www.youtube.com/user/aspweeklyhomily. Donations in Donnie’s honor can be made to All Saints Parish.
