Batesville Fire Awards and Milestones

(Batesville, IN) – Batesville Fire and Rescue hosted its annual Christmas party and awards banquet earlier this month.

Several award recipients and milestones were recognized.

  • Trevor Fischmer was named Firefighter of the Year. He was also honored for 15 years of service;
  • Lindsey Brison is the EMS Provider of the Year;
  • Stephen Nobbe was recognized for 50 years of service; and
  • Samuel Carr, Dillon Davidson, Joel Justice, Ryan Marcoux, Gary Hardin III, and Scott Robbins received 5-Year service awards.

“We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of our employees for your dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to serving our citizens,” reads a statement from the fire department leadership team. “Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and our community is better because of you.”
