(Greensburg, IN) – Greensburg firefighters performed an icy water rescue when a vehicle slid into a pond at Moscow Road and 7th Street around 2:30 Sunday morning.
Fire officials say the driver was the only occupant of the vehicle and was safely removed, and then treated for minor injuries.
Firefighters says this is a prime example of why you should stay off the roads when extreme snowy weather creates hazardous driving conditions.
