(Noblesville, IN) – It was a big day for two area residents at the Indiana Beef Cattle Association (IBCA) Annual Membership Meeting and Awards Banquet on Saturday, January 17 at the Embassy Suites in Noblesville.
Leah Meinders of Milan was named IBCA Cattleman of the Year.
Meinders and her husband Jeff operate Clear Water Simmentals, a purebred Simmental operation recognized for performance, quality, and practical beef production.
IBCA says her dedication, innovation, and leadership extend beyond the farm through her involvement in multiple cattle organizations, hosting sales, and creating meaningful connections within the beef community.
Andrew Stewart of Greensburg was selected by the IBCA membership as an officer for 2026-27.
Stewart will serve as the organization’s Treasurer for the next year.
