North Decatur 7th grade boys basketball remains undefeated after besting Morristown 49-30 on Thursday night.
The Chargers led 10-9 before going on a 16-point run to pull away.
ND led 26-11 at halftime before closing out the Yellow Jackets.
Carson Rennekamp tossed in a game-high 17 points, while teammate Cooper Schoettmer added 11. Also getting in the scoring column for the Chargers were Emmitt Metz (8 points); Finley Jones (5); Kolton Green and Seth Moeller (both with 4 points).
North Decatur shot five of 14 from three-point range and controlled the paint where they collected 25 rebounds.
The Chargers 7th graders are now 15-0 and will be back on the court against county rival South Decatur on Tuesday.
