(Southeastern IN) – A pair of local school boards have reorganized for 2026.
All three of last year’s Sunman-Dearborn School Board officers are returning to their leadership roles this year.
Jamie Graf was reelected last week as board president; Glenn Scholl is vice president, and Dawn Burke will serve again as board secretary.
The Sunman-Dearborn School Board will continue to meet the second Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Board Room at East Central High School.
At Jac-Cen-Del, James Gayheart returns as school board president; Michael Davis was elected vice president, and Tiffany Foster was chosen as secretary at this week’s meeting.
The Jac-Cen-Del School Board meets third third Monday of the month at 6 p.m. in the JCD Elementary School Library.
Local school boards are required by Indiana statute to reorganize and elect officers before the end of January for the year ahead.
