(Atlanta) – The No. 1 Indiana Hoosiers put their perfect season on the line tonight as they face the No. 5 Oregon Ducks in a College Football Playoff semifinal at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. Eastern at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, with the winner advancing to the College Football Playoff National Championship Game on Jan. 19 in Miami Gardens.

Indiana enters the semifinal unbeaten, coming off a dominant performance in the College Football Playoff quarterfinals, where the Hoosiers overwhelmed Alabama in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day. That win followed a Big Ten championship run that cemented Indiana as the top seed in the expanded playoff field.

Tonight’s matchup marks a rematch from the regular season. Indiana handed Oregon its lone loss earlier this year, winning 30-20 in Eugene in a game that helped define the Hoosiers’ rise on the national stage. Oregon arrives in Atlanta seeking redemption and a chance to even the season series with a spot in the title game at stake.

Indiana’s balanced attack has been a hallmark throughout the season, pairing an efficient passing game with a physical rushing offense, while the Hoosiers’ defense has consistently limited big plays and forced key turnovers against elite competition.

Oregon counters with one of the nation’s most athletic rosters and a defense that has played its best football down the stretch, helping the Ducks reach the semifinal round with momentum of their own.

With a national championship berth on the line, tonight’s Peach Bowl semifinal represents one of the most significant games in Indiana football history, as the Hoosiers attempt to move one step closer to a title.
