INDIANAPOLIS — Fox Corporation is seeking to move the lawsuit involving former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez’s case to federal court. The lawsuit, filed by delivery driver Perry Tole, involves physical injuries and other damages against Sanchez and Fox Corporation. Fox argues that Tole was fraudulently joined to the lawsuit to prevent it from moving to federal court. Sanchez, who was in town as an analyst for Fox for a Colts game, faces criminal charges over the incident, with a jury trial scheduled for March 12.
