(Franklin County, IN) – Congratulations to Franklin County High School senior Austin Andre.
He’s the 2026 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship recipient for Franklin County.
Andre will receive four years of full tuition to the Indiana college or university of his choice, along with a $900 stipend per year for required books and equipment.
He is the son of Kristian Conatser and Burke Andre.
