Last year’s event raised more than $80,000.
This is the Free Clinic’s only fundraiser each year, and money raised at the event allows the health center to operate two times a week and provide other special clinics throughout the year.
The clinic is staffed for the most part by volunteers. There are two paid staff members: the Executive Director/Administrator and a part-time nurse practitioner.
Organizers say 2025 has been an incredible and interesting year. The clinic continued to fill the gap for those in need of health care in Ripley and Franklin counties who are income eligible or have no or high-deductible health insurance. They also served more patients and continue to see the need increasing throughout 2026.
This year’s fundraising goal is $85,000.
Tickets are $25 and include food and beverages when the doors open at 3:30. A fried chicken dinner will be served starting at 5 p.m. Carry-outs will not be available.
Even if you can’t attend, you can still buy a ticket because you’ll have 30 chances to win cash prizes ranging from $50 to the $3,000 grand prize.
You do not need to be present to win. All winners will be notified.
