Will Frank Rogers Sr., 90, of Osgood passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025, at his home with his loving family by his side. Frank was born on Monday, August 19, 1935, in Corbin, Kentucky; son of William Joseph Rogers and Joyce (Lee) Rogers. He served in the United States Army and was a member of the VFW. He worked as a truck driver for Complete Auto Transit in Norwood, Ohio, and was a member of the Teamsters Local 100. Frank attended Cedar Creek Church of Christ. Frank married the love of his life, Dorothy (Davidson) Rogers, on August 10, 1963, and she preceded him in death on September 18, 2012. Frank loved shooting pool and enjoyed a good, dry martini with his sons. Frank cherished his family, especially his grandchildren.
Frank will be missed by his sons Jim (Angela) Schmid of Greensburg and Frank (Lavern) Rogers Jr. of Guilford; daughter Nedra Lynn (Ron) Steed of Greenville, North Carolina; 16 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents William Joseph Rogers and Joyce Rogers; brothers Paul, John, Bob, Tom, and JR. Rogers; sister Lee Rogers; 1 granddaughter; and 1 grandson.
Family and friends may gather in remembering Frank from 4:00-6:00 PM, Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan. Services will be held at 6:00 PM with Pastor Tom Holt officiating. Military rites will be provided by Milan American Legion Post #235. Memorials may be given in honor of Frank to American Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation.
