Hannah Suzanne Brandenburg, 22, of Greensburg, Indiana, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2025 with her family & friends by her side.
Born on March 9, 2003, Hannah was the cherished daughter of Kimberlee Gilles and Jamie Brandenburg. She was a 2021 graduate of Greensburg High School and was employed at Pampered Paws, where she shared her love and gentle spirit with every animal she cared for.
Hannah will be remembered for her beautiful smile, kind heart, and joyful spirit. She was generous, family-oriented, creative, thoughtful, funny, strong-willed, and carefree—a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew her.
She loved spending time with her family, kayaking, dancing, gardening, traveling, attending concerts, and cheering on her son, Bentlee, at his sporting events. Being a mother was Hannah’s greatest blessing, and she found immense pride and happiness watching Bentlee grow.
Hannah is survived by her loving son, Bentlee Powers; her mother, Kimberlee Gilles; her father, Jamie Brandenburg; her brothers, Kody (Allisyn Dile) Gaston and Jordan (Sapphire Johnson) Brandenburg; her sisters, Caitlynn Brandenburg and Kayleigh Brown; her grandparents, Debbie Pedigo and Tony Brandenburg; and many adored nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Tom and Sue Barr-Gilles, and was joined in heaven by her beloved niece, Kinlee Gaston, just days after her passing.
Hannah’s kindness, laughter, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her—especially her precious son, Bentlee.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the funeral home at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at the South Park Cemetery.
