(Indianapolis, IN) – Congratulations to the Batesville High School marching band.
The group brought home a second-place finish from the ISSMA Scholastic Class Marching Band State Finals held on Saturday at Franklin Central High School in Indianapolis.
The Bulldog musicians, under the direction of Cameron Everage, competed in Scholastic B.
Another Southeastern Indiana high school band, Shawe Memorial, finished fourth in that classification.
Wawasee High School won top honors in Scholastic B.
It was the second straight year that Batesville competed in the state finals.
