(Decatur/Ripley Counties, IN) – A number of Decatur County REMC customers were in the dark for several hours Tuesday after a dump truck came into contact with power lines.
Several utility poles were taken down and caused a large-scale power outage.
Crews quickly responded to the scene – which was not disclosed – and restored power to affected customers.
