Elsewhere around the area, Franklin County topped North Decatur 30-6; Greensburg dispatched Rushville 36-16; Milan rolled over Madison 37-7; South Decatur dumped Southside Home School 41-6; and Lawrenceburg got past South Dearborn 27-20.

Batesville and Greensburg meet in the IHSAA Class 3A Sectional 29 volleyball semifinal at South Dearborn this morning at 11. Coverage begins at 10:45 on 103.9 FM and the WRBI App. The winner advances to tonight’s sectional championship game against either Lawrenceburg or Jennings County. Pre-match coverage for the title game starts at 5:45 on FM and the App.

Elsewhere, South Ripley faces Austin in the 2A Sectional 45 semis in Versailles…In Class 1A Sectional 59 at Morristown, South Decatur plays Tri in one semifinal, followed by North Decatur against Knightstown…In the 1A Sectional 60 semis at Hauser, Jac-Cen-Del battles Rising Sun and Oldenburg Academy goes up against Trinity Lutheran…And East Central faces Whiteland in one Class 4A Sectional semifinal at Franklin Community.

Batesville boys soccer meets Heritage Hills for the Class 2A Regional championship at Washington. And East Central girls soccer goes up against Carmel in the 3A Regional title game on the Greyhounds home pitch.

The San Antonio Spurs knocked off the Indiana Pacers 133-104 in NBA preseason action heard last night on the Sports Voice. The Pacers finish the preseason at 2-2 and will tip off the regular season at home Thursday against Oklahoma City in a rematch of last season’s NBA Finals.

In college football on this Saturday, #3 Indiana welcomes in Michigan State; 13th ranked Notre Dame renews its longtime rivalry with #20 USC in South Bend; Purdue is at Northwestern; Ball State entertains Akron for Homecoming in Muncie; and 24th ranked UC is at Oklahoma State.

The Indianapolis Colts visit the Los Angeles Chargers in NFL action tomorrow. Kickoff is at 4:05.
