(Greensburg, IN) – Decatur County Commissioners voted this week to have the Allen Memorial Pool site surveyed to determine property lines in preparation for possible replacement or restoration.
Surveyor Andy Scholle submitted a $3,600 bid to perform the work, which commissioners voted unanimously to accept.
Scholle told commissioners the site had not been surveyed since the pool was built in the early 1960s.
Allen Memorial Pool was closed two years ago due to deteriorating conditions.
