Batesville High School’s C volleyball team traveled to St. Leon Tuesday night and defeated East Central in two sets, 25-18, 25-16.
Serving up points for the Bulldogs were Amelia Vierling with 11 points and three aces; Maliyah Morton with five points; Bella Watson added four points and two aces; Carly Blanton contributed four points, and Izzy Dierckman and Hailey Hundley had two points each.
“The Dogs served the ball well and had one of their best serve/receive nights yet. Making these connections was vital against a good EC team,” said Batesville coach Erin Trenkamp.
