The Batesville High School volleyball C team hosted Milan Monday night and came away with the three-set win.
Scores were 25-23, 25-16, and 15-11.
The Indians took the first set while the Bulldogs claimed the next two.
Top servers for the Bulldogs were Bella Watson with 11 points; Carly Blanton and Maliyah Morton with seven points each; Izzy Dierckman had six points, and Amelia Vierling added three.
“We stuck with them in game one and just couldn’t finish that set off. We went into set 2 and 3 focused on each position and mentally focusing on our serves. With these two things in place we were able to seal off the wins,” said BHS coach Erin Trenkamp. “Great job ladies for locking in and getting the job done.”
