(Decatur County, IN) – We have yet another scam alert to tell you about.
The Decatur County Sheriff’s Office has recently received reports of a scam in which residents are being told they owe taxes.
Deputies remind you to use extra caution when responding to calls from phone numbers you don’t recognize, and to never give out personal information over the phone.
