GPD’s Keppel Graduates, Serves as ILEA Class President

(Greensburg, IN) – Greensburg Police Officer Curtis Keppel recently graduated from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in Plainfield.

Of special note is the fact that Keppel is the second officer from Decatur County to have served as a class president at ILEA.

The first was former Decatur County Sheriff’s Deputy Darin Lucas, who presided over the 125th class in 1996.

Lucas retired from the sheriff’s office in 2011.
