Patricia Ann Morris

Patricia Ann (Kemker) Morris, age 83, of Moores Hill, formerly of Versailles, passed away peacefully at her home on August 20, 2025.

She was born on April 21, 1942, at her family home in Versailles, the daughter of the late Charles and Thresa (Beach) Kemker. Patricia graduated from Versailles High School in 1960. She began her career at the local newspaper before spending many years at Print Pack, where she retired in 2006. A breast cancer survivor, Patricia faced challenges in life with courage and grace.

On September 3, 1976, she married the love of her life, Claude Morris, who survives. Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Thresa (Joey) Huff; sons, Claude Morris Jr. and Edwin (Stephanie) Morris; five grandchildren, Jordan Morris, Kortney (Logan) Hyatt, Joseph Huff, Andrew Morris, and Tyler Morris; three great-grandchildren, Trenten, Andrea, and Lil Andrew; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Patricia lived life with strength, determination, and deep faith. She was a longtime member of the Moores Hill Church of Christ, she especially enjoyed teaching Sunday school to young children, touching countless lives with her kindness and encouragement. She had a joyful spirit and found happiness in simple pleasures—whether cheering on her favorite sports teams Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, solving puzzles, playing board games, or enjoying game shows. Above all, her greatest joy came from her family. She treasured watching her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews play sports, and her love for them knew no bounds.

Patricia will be remembered for her loving heart, her faith, and her unwavering dedication to her family. Her legacy lives on in all who knew and loved her.
