(Batesville, IN) – The City of Batesville Redevelopment Commission will hold an executive session on Wednesday, August 27 at 4 p.m. in Council Chamber on the second floor of the Memorial Building.
The purpose of the session are to discuss strategy with respect to litigation or potential litigation, and/or a real property transaction.
Please note the session is not open to the public, and no other subject matter will be discussed.
