(Plainfield, IN) – Batesville High School Principal Andy Allen is moving on.
Allen has been named Superintendent of the Plainfield Community School Corporation, effective January 1, 2026.
He has been an educator for 26 years, and has served as BHS principal since 2013.
Allen is familiar with the home of the Quakers, having served as assistant principal Plainfield High School during the 2008-09 school year.
He’ll continue in his current role through December 31.
A search for his replacement as Batesville High School Principal will then be conducted, with a goal of having that person start on July 1, 2026.
