Minnie Larue Kincer, 90, of Sunman, Indiana, passed away peacefully at The Chateau in Batesville, Indiana on Sunday, July 20, 2025. She was born on November 27, 1934, in Letcher County, Kentucky, to Ballard and Loretta Quillen Webb.

Minnie married Leonard Kincer on July 6, 1951, in Whitaker, Kentucky, and they shared 67 wonderful years together, raising three children. Minnie was known for her cooking and baking, expressing her love for family and friends through the meals she prepared. She also had a passion for making jewelry, gardening, and canning. Minnie was a devoted member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Milan, where her faith shaped a life driven by love and compassion.

Those surviving who will cherish Minnie’s memory include her daughter, Donna Fraasman of Fairfield, OH, Leonard Dean (Deborah) Kincer of Sunman, and Debbie (Larry) Hodge of Hamilton, OH; 8 grandchildren,  Aaron (Ann), Mickey III (Melanie), Shasta (Shawn), Joshua (Amy), Justin (Tiffany), Jason (Erin), Bubby (Nancy) and Brandon (Shiri); 22 great-grandchildren; one sister, Thelma Jean Shelton of Ohio.  Besides her parents, Minnie was preceded in death by her husband: Leonard Kincer; son-in-law: Mickey Fraasman; brother: Orville Webb; 4 sisters: Opal Kincer, Francis Ford, Nannie Bentley and Maggie Kincer.

Friends may visit and remember Minnie on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Sunman, Indiana.  Pastor Darrell Thayer of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Milan will officiate the service at the funeral home beginning at 1 p.m.  Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery, Sunman.
