(Greendale, IN) – Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Sunesis Construction Company plans to close State Road 1 in Greendale on or after the evening of Tuesday, July 8, to complete a bridge deck pour.
The closure will take place on State Road 1 between Oberting Road and Ridge Avenue and is expected to take up to one night, weather permitting.
Crews are scheduled to begin work around 8 p.m.
This work is part of a $2.5 million contract awarded to Sunesis in August 2024.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones.
