(Greendale, IN) – The City of Greendale plans to open a new Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel by December 31, 2026.
The project marks a $16.8 million investment in the city located in southern Dearborn County near the Indiana/Ohio border.
“With snow skiing at Perfect North Slopes, dirt track racing at Lawrenceburg Speedway, live music at Whiskey City’s Liberty Theater, and increasingly more activities and attractions happening year-round in Greendale and across our county, this new hotel will serve as needed, high-quality lodging for the thousands of people who visit our community every year,” said Greendale Mayor Vince Karsteter.
Construction on the 88-room hotel near the I-275/U.S. 50 interchange began this spring.
