(Versailles, IN) – Troopers from the Indiana State Police Versailles Post conducted so-called “Wolfpack” patrols on Friday, primarily along I-65 in Bartholomew and Jackson counties.

During the special patrols, troopers scratched out 29 tickets and issued 48 warnings.

There were also seven arrests on charges ranging from drugs to driving while suspended.

Troopers assisted six motorists and worked one lengthy crash investigation.

Four commercial motor vehicles were also inspected.

Troopers say more of these targeted patrols are planned throughout the Versailles district in the coming weeks and months.
