(St. Leon, IN) – A pair of East Central High School students have been recognized as part of the 9th Congressional District Art Competition.
Congresswoman Erin Houchin selected freshman Devin Fox’s artwork as the overall winner.
Senior Zoey Parr was chosen runner up.
Fox and Parr’s artwork will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington with other winners from across the country.
Each spring, members of the U.S. House of Representatives sponsor a nationwide high school arts competition.
